THE WHISPER'S $100 BIG6 TIPS PRESENTED BY THE SPORTSMAN'S RAY HICKSON
The NSW TAB BIG6 will cover the last 6 races Randwick and Victorian TAB BIG6 cover the last 6 races at Caulfield on Saturday.
Last Saturday the Whisper picked 3 legs of the NSW BIG6 and 3 legs of the Victorian BIG6.
Below are his BIG6 selections for this weekend:
NSW
Leg 1 - The Doncaster Prelude is a very even race with a host of chances to kick off the BIG6. Like Lebrechaun to win the race but it is worth throwing several in as we've already seen plenty of upsets this carnival. SELECTIONS: 4,7,10,11,12,13.
Leg 2 - The TJ Smith is a free hit for punters with Black Caviar the obvious standout. SELECTION: 7.
Leg 3 - The Sires' has been opened up by Smart Missile's scratching. Do You Think looks the one to beat but we'll put in a few to cover the bases. SELECTIONS: 2,3,4,8,9,10,11.
Leg 4 - The Derby has only three winning chances - Jimmy Choux, Retrieve and Shamrocker. SELECTIONS: 1,3,14.
Leg 5 - The Sapphire Stakes is a typically open mares race. Include Zinagling, Ofcourseican, Ladys Angel and Flying Success. SELECTIONS: 2,5,7,8,10,12.
Leg 6 - The last leg is the Oaks lead-up, the Adrian Knox, and there are six good chances here. Keen on Rose Of Peace if she gets any luck. SELECTIONS: 1,2,3,4,5,6.
A $100 investment will return 2.20 per cent of the dividend.
Victoria
Leg 1 - We can kick off the BIG6 at Caulfield with a match race between Above Average and Upon. SELECTIONS: 1,3.
Leg 2 - The second leg is a very strong 3yo race with several chances, led by the promising Tokugawa. But include a few others as well. SELECTIONS: 1,3,4,6,8.
Leg 3 - The third leg should be fought out by the top four in the weights with Elusive King the one to beat. SELECTIONS: 1,2,3,4.
Leg 4 - The open sprint race is a cracker but also very tough. Include Lady Lynette, Time Matters, Berringama and Dubleanny. SELECTIONS: 4,6,10,11,13.
Leg 5 - If form means anything this leg should be won by either Galbraith, Beyond Pardon or Basil Da Man. SELECTIONS: 3,7,11.
Leg 6 - Going to be brave in the last leg and stand Launay out. He does look the winner. SELECTIONS: 1.
A $100 investment will return 16.66 per cent of the dividend.
