It's back to normal for Australian NFL fans, with One HD showing a triple-header, including the intriguing late Monday game between Green Bay and Minnesota. Fox Sports has an early game again, while ESPN's Tuesday matchup features the Dallas Cowboys, easily the league's most disappointing team so far.
Week 7 games on Australian television
Monday, 4 am, Fox Sports
Philadelphia Eagles (4-2) @ Tennessee Titans (4-2)
TAB Sportsbet line: Tennessee -3.5
Reason to watch: Kevin Kolb gets a second consecutive start for Philadelphia, and he looked good in last week's win over Atlanta. He'll most likely keep Michael Vick on the bench. Tennessee beat Jacksonville on Monday Night Football, but might be without QB Vince Young, who sprained his knee. If Young misses, star running back Chris Johnson will be even more important.
Monday, 4 am, One HD
Pittsburgh Steelers (4-1) @ Miami Dolphins (3-2)
TAB Sportsbet line: Miami +2.5
Reason to watch: It's the second game back from suspension for Big Ben Roethlisberger, who helped the Steelers to a victory over Cleveland last week. The Dolphins need to win this one or risk dropping further behind AFC East co-leaders New England and the New York Jets.
Monday, 7:15 am, One HD
New England Patriots (4-1) @ San Diego Chargers (2-4)
TAB Sportsbet line: San Diego -2.5
Reason to watch: Two teams going in the opposite direction at the moment. The Chargers have once again started the season slowly, losing two consecutive games to lowly teams. The Patriots, meanwhile, are rolling, tied for first place with the Jets in the AFC East. The big question here might be the attendance, with San Diego struggling to sell out Jack Murphy Stadium.
Monday, 11:20 am, ESPN and One HD
Minnesota Vikings (2-3) @ Green Bay Packers (3-3)
TAB Sportsbet line: Green Bay -2.5
Reason to watch: One of the NFL's oldest rivalries takes on a new twist, with the Brett Favre sideshow returning to Lambeau Field, where he once had legendary status. The Vikings are coming off a huge win against Dallas, while the Packers have lost two straight overtime games. The winner of this one solidifies second place in the NFC North behind Chicago.
Tuesday, 11:30 am, ESPN
New York Giants (4-2) @ Dallas Cowboys (1-4)
TAB Sportsbet line: Dallas -2.5
Reason to watch: If the Cowboys want to keep their incredibly slim playoff hopes alive, they have to win this NFC East game. Quarterback Tony Romo has been wildly inconsistent, and the defense has been dreadful, allowing 58 points in the past two games. The Giants, meanwhile, have rolled to three consecutive wins, with the defense holding opponents to an average of just 11 points per game.
