Fans, the media and certainly the Socceroos marketing men, talk in terms of the Australian squad's ''big four''. There are few prizes for guessing that that quartet comprises Tim Cahill, Mark Schwarzer, Lucas Neill and Harry Kewell.
Yet within the Socceroos squad there is one man who has played for the national team longer than Cahill and has played more games than both captain Neill and Kewell.
