The Herald Sun has learnt NRL auditor Ian Schubert intends to prevent the Rabbitohs going ahead with their contract with Inglis, penned after his shock walkout on the Brisbane Broncos this month.
Souths may have their owner, Hollywood star Russell Crowe, to blame.
