Jockey betting scandal widens

THE betting scandal that claimed the scalps of jockeys Blake Shinn and Peter Robl yesterday has widened.

Racing NSW stewards will now investigate Kathy O'Hara's role. .

Racing NSW chief steward Ray Murrihy banned Shinn for 15 months while Robl, 39, was outed for 12 months after both pleaded guilty to betting via a Tabcorp account in the name of Robl's wife, Elaine.
