Be careful what you wish for. Prior to the start of the Australian PGA Championship at Coolum, Adam Scott said he wasn't interested in just making up the numbers on the weekend.
"I don't particularly enjoy playing down the bottom of the field on the weekend. It's just not that interesting," Scott said on Wednesday.
Mission accomplished, if in somewhat of a roundabout manner. After rounds of 73 and 75, Scott won't have to concern himself with the formalities of tournament play on Saturday and Sunday.
