An international jury decided WILD OATS XI will keep the title after finding an charge she failed to have an operational radio as she entered Bass Strait could not be sustained.
The jury, in a hearing lasting nearly two hours, is understood to have agreed the charge arose out of a misunderstanding after hearing an explanation from skipper Mark Richards.
