Fisher king hit and knocked out in barFisher, who has since recovered after being knocked out during the encounter, has told club officials he was the victim of an unprovoked attack from another patron in the Southbank nightspot.
It is understood an AFL player from a rival club, said to be Collingwood, came to Fisher's aid during the incident. Nightclub staff were initially very concerned for Fisher's safety but he is now considered back to full health.
