Tahu resurrects career with PenrithA TELEPHONE call from Panthers captain Petero Civoniceva to Timana Tahu helped convince the controversial centre Penrith was the club to help him resurrect his tattered career.
After keeping a low profile since becoming embroiled in a race row at an Aboriginal knockout tournament last year, Tahu finally appeared yesterday to announce he had signed a one-year deal at Penrith.
The former Eels centre won't play against his former club at Parramatta Stadium tomorrow night, but will start training with his new teammates on Monday with a view to filling a spot on the bench for the club's following game against Cronulla.
