After a poor start to the Formula One season in Australia, Webber again failed to fire with the Red Bull driver swamped on the start line in a shocking beginning to his race.
Webber complained about a problem with his KERS on the warm up lap and was dumped to 10th place as the field rocketed past him with-out the use of the power boosting device.
After starting in 3rd position, Webber was forced into a mid-field fight and a four pit-stop strategy.
With his season in danger of slipping away, Webber pulled out all the stops to pick his way up to 4th place in a gutsy drive.
There were no such problems for Vettel with the German wunderkid dominating the field to rack up his 12th career victory and 2nd win of the year.
