The Socceroos settled for a 0-0 draw with Serbia at Etihad Stadium last night, continuing Osieck's impressive record - seven wins, four draws and just two losses - since taking over from Pim Verbeek after last year's World Cup.
Indeed, that record and the performance against Serbia shows Osieck and the Socceroos, who were again missing several key players, are on the right path when it comes to preparing for qualifying games for the 2014 World Cup.
