Despite having spent just two seasons at Whitten Oval, veteran AFL strongman Barry Hall has said he will regard himself as a Bulldog first and foremost when he finally retires from the game.
And that retirement is imminent following the 34-year-old's announcement on Tuesday that season 2011 will be his 16th and last at AFL level.
Hall described his two years with the Bulldogs after six with St Kilda and eight with the Sydney Swans - which included a premiership in 2005 - as "without doubt my most enjoyable time playing AFL football."
