Pakistani player agent Mazhar Majeed, 36, made the claims to a News of the World reporter during a sting last year when the agent took a $235,000 bribe to arrange spot fixing during a Test at Lord's.
Majeed claimed match fixing had been going on "for centuries", named former Pakistan fast-bowlers Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis as alleged participants, and boasted he knew Hollywood star Brad Pitt and tennis ace Roger Federer "very well".
The agent told the undercover journalist, Mazher Mahmood, he managed 10 Pakistan cricketers, as well as "a couple of Indian players", Australian quick Bracken and West Indian all-rounder Chris Gayle.
