Black Caviar extends run to 17

OTHER than her next two starts, trainer Peter Moody says nothing is set in stone for superstar sprinter Black Caviar after she made it 17 from 17 with a ridiculously easy win at Moonee Valley last night in the 1200m Australia Stakes.

Moody said he could not wait to see Black Caviar's first attempt over 1400m in the $400,000 Orr Stakes on February 11 and the $500,000 Futurity Stakes on February 25, both at Caulfield.

"After those two runs there is nothing planned," Moody said.

"I am meeting with the owners next Friday and we'll try and work something out.

" We have options every Saturday in Australia and also overseas for the next six months.

"I can't wait to see her over 1400m.

"I can't see any of the ones behind her beating her and she hardly looked tired at the end of the 1200m tonight."

Moody pointed out Black Caviar's time of 1min 9.44sec was only 0.15sec outside Miss Andretti's course record.
